I love their burgers, they have the best burger than any other fast food place, sadly there prices are a bit high, it's about the price of a sit down restaurant burger, one other nice thing is that you see them make it right in front of you so you know exactly will be on it, a lot of people love their fries I'm not crazy about them, just order the small, it's like a large at any fast food place, get the large it's like a full bag of fries but Five Guys is the best

Being from the Northern VA area originally, I have loved Five Guys for many years and was THRILLED that they were branching out of the DC area. They have the best fries (with vinegar) around, reminds me of the good old "Boardwalk" fries you'd get at the beach which I loved my entire childhood. Awesome fresh tasting burgers with whatever fixin's you could want. And, while you wait for your food, grab some free in the shell peanuts....a great place for an awesome burger.

FIVE GUY'S bacon cheese burgers and cajun fries keep me coming back and back and back! I have incorporated five guys into my weekend ritual. A MUST!

I've been here two times, hoping it would get better every time. The burgers are a bit dry, while their fries are really kind of burnt and over crispy. The cajun ones are sooo over seasoned and kind of charred tasting, I just wanted to throw them away.

I don't know about the rave about their hamburgers, the best thing about this place is the free peanuts, hot dogs are better than their hamburgers

This is the Five Guys we go to because there is none around where I live...Boo Hoo! Every time we go it's clean, fresh, & tastes fantastic. You really can't beat the french fries that are cut fresh & fried in peanut oil (sorry allergic folks). The thing I love about this place is that the quality of the meat is very high. Go to any other fast food place & you'll see it doesn't compare. I don't really think of Five Guys as a fast food place anyways. More like a drive in/diner/burger joint (if that makes sense). The other thing I like about their burgers is that they are thin, for some reason thick burgers just don't taste as good. Not that these are small it's just that improper proportions are really a big pet peeve of mine. The thickness of the burgers is just perfect in my opinion. The only other fast food place I've ever had that compares is In N' Out but their out west. Ok Fatburger too but again only out west. I love Five Guys & will always take this over any other chain.

Five Guys is alright, certainly not my favorite but certainly not the worst either. Takes a while to get your order or perhaps I came at the wrong time. However I am a fan of their fries - large and well seasoned they go very well with a juicy hamburger. A little on the pricey side for a hamburger and fries but still worth it.

We eat here every other week or two. Our kids love the free peanuts, probably more than the food. My wife and I both enjoy the burgers, easily the best in Peachtree City outside of my grill! The french fry's are very good. I always enjoy seeing where the potatoes used for the fry's were grown. Word to the wise - -get the small fry. The large - besides costing something like $4.99, is big enough to feed 5-6 people. Great place for casual dining.

Five Guys is a pretty good burger but quite pricy. I got a cheeseburger, regular fries and a drink for $12. I would call this place a gut buster due to the grease and amount of fries you get. They do have one of those cool soda machines where you can get 8 different cokes by pushing a menu button. I like Five Guys but it is too hard on the wallet to eat weekly.

ATTENTION: If you are a mid-western transplant that misses fair fries, you must go to a Five Guys right this minute! We tried this joint out for the first time a couple weeks ago and had no idea what to expect. When you enter, you'll go through an ordering line and place your order, then pick it up as your number is called. The atmosphere is kinda Varsity-ish without the "What'll Ya Have" demands. The line is delineated by sacks of spuds, which was kinda nifty. Staff was appropriately friendly for a place with no table service. The menu is very specific: burgers, dogs and fries. That's about it. But I think it's very appropriate for this style of restaurant to specialize and be good at it rather than half-a** many options. And what they have is darn good. Also, they have a large array of FREE "toppings" that include the usuals like mayo, lettuce and ketchup plus new twists like BBQ and hot sauces. Also, they offer grilled onions, mushrooms and peppers (hot & green) and these options are free as well, which is pretty unusual. Prices were really reasonable. More than McDonald's, less than getting a burger at a sit-down. We ordered burgers and tried both the regular and cajun fries. First off, be aware that the regular burger is really a double. Next time I will probably get a "little" burger, which I'm guessing is a single. Also, the fries portions are HUGE so order accordingly. The cajun fries and the burgers were really good, but the star for me was the regular fry and here's why: They taste exactly like the fair fries I remember from growing up in Ohio AND they have malt vinegar available!!! Now, I've been in Georgia for 16 years and I love my new home and the cooking that goes with it, but, I'm sorry, y'all just don't know fair fries. The first fair I went to here I asked for vinegar with my fries and they looked at me like I was nuts and went and dug out a huge vat of white vinegar... WHITE VINEGAR - I ask you? So, to all my fellow heartland-transplants: let me tell you, if you miss home now and again, take a visit to Five Guys and douse your fries with some malt vinegar, ketchup and a little salt. I promise you that you will be 15 years old again, standing on the midway with your friends... a chill in the crisp autumn air, the smell of cotton candy and dumbo ears overlaying the faint scent of the 4-H barns... hoping you win the mirror with a unicorn on it instead of the crummy feathered clip and wondering if the cute guy in class might kiss you at the top of the ferris wheel. Pure taste bud bliss!

This picture was uploaded from my phone. Sorry for the not so great quality, but it gets the job done. I read on a Yahoo News article that they ranked the best burgers and In-n-out and Five Guys were the top two. But their rankings were not complete because the guy who wrote the article couldn't get his hands on an in-n-out burger. So here's my take on the Five Guys burger vs the In-N-Out burger. First of all, the slogan for Five Guys is "The best five dollar burger around." Or at least that's what a lot of people say about it. And it's true, the burger is $5+. On the menu there's the "burger" and then there are the "little burgers." All "burgers" come with double-patties. The "little burger" is a single patty. Your options for both of these burgers, both little and regular, are hamburger, cheese burger, bacon hamburger, and bacon cheeseburger. I ordered the cheese burger. For the toppings, you have a choice of 16 and they're all free! The toppings are: Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Peppers, A-1 Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and Hot Sauce. I didn't want to experiment and get something crazy so I got the first 9: M, L, T, P, GO, GM, K, M, JP (didn't want to spell them out again). Now this burger is huge! I remember the first time I had one, I couldn't bite through the whole thing at once. I had to eat the top and then the bottom half... This time I seemed to manage it though. Now for the fries you have a choice of two: Cajun or Regular. The picture above is just regular fries. I had the Cajun ones the first time. It was alright. It wasn't spicy, which I think it should have been, but the flavor was pretty robust. Just not my type of thing. I'm good with fries with salt. In terms of amount of fries, there are regular fries for $2.something (i don't have the receipt) and a large for $4.something. Guess what size the fries that I got. Those are the regular fries... When the guy put the fries in the bag, he put the fries in a cup (about the size of those bigger styrofoam cups, but not quite the size of the red dixie cups). Then he continued to put more fries into the bag. I mean, if you looked at the bag from the top in, you cannot see the cup or the burger. It's a layer of an inch - inch and a half of fries. That's a lot of fries for one person. I asked one of the employees why they gave so much. He said, well the fries cost more than the usual and we're all about giving more than the usual. Also the regular fries are supposed to be for two people and the large is enough to feed three. In my opinion, the regular could feed three and the large could probably feed four or five... Taste Test: In-N-Out is a classic taste, at least for me because I am a Californian, but the Five Guys is pretty good. Especially because of the Grilled Mushrooms you can get and also the jalapeno peppers. Taste wise I would give In-N-Out a 10 and Five Guys a 9.5. This could just be a bias because I grew up on In-N-Out. I like the Five Guys fries better. My personal preference is the thicker fries that aren't well done: either regular or soggy for me. They both make their fries fresh, but one thing about Five Guys is that they post on the wall where they have received their potatoes from that day. I think that's pretty cool. Other stuff: In-N-Out has milk shakes which are really good. Five Guys actually serve hot dogs. I haven't tasted them, so I can't say which is good. Either way both restaurants are good. They both offer unique items and flavors. In my book, I'll have to put them as a tie. Honestly, I haven't craved In-N-Out since I've been here, but the other day I did crave Five Guys, so that might be saying something. If you don't mind spending a little extra, go to Five Guys, especially if you're with someone else (so you can share the fries). If not, then go to In-N-Out, if it's around. There is a Five Guys in Cerritos, I heard. Just look it up, they have it in California too.

Everything is fresh; never frozen! I've never seen so many burger topping choices: 15 ! The burger is thicker than a regular fast food burger, yet thinner than a restaurant burger. Sesame seed bun, mushrooms, onions, mustard, cheese, and burger = delicious! They advertise that all burgers are cooked well done, but mine was a little pink inside. The fries are made in store from real potatoes. There are sacks of them as you walk in. They are thick, crisp and good, about like good restaurant fries; not skinny fast food fries. They have Great Iced Tea!!! Real Tea: sweet or unsweet! I didn't see any trays. They asked if my order was for "here or to go?" Then gave me a paper sack of food. I looked around; everyone had paper sacks in the dining area. That's a little odd. Maybe it saves on washing trays? They do not have a drive-through here. It was good, but still classifies as "fast-food." So, I took a star off on price. It was nearly $10 for a "little" cheeseburger, regular fries, and regular drink. That's a bit steep and twice the price of the next comparable restaurant (fast, all fresh, and high quality) - In-N-Out Burger (a chain found only in California, Arizona, and Nevada). To be fair - their little burger is about 20% larger than an In-N-Out one, and the regular fries could feed the family. But, I'm only one - save me the cash and keep me from throwing food away. That was sad, because the fries are delicious, but there were way too many for one. Their drinks are serve yourself; from a nice clean drink bar. Nearby is the condiment bar with 3 ketchup pumps for all you want and vinegar bottles! The vinegar for the fries is a really nice touch. The steep price of food probably more than covers the extra condiments and free peanuts, available while you wait for you fresh burger. They do not have milk shakes :( - But, they do have Hot Dogs, Grilled Cheese sandwiches, and Veggie sandwiches! This location was Very Clean and Efficient! Try them!

Greatest burger and fries of all time. For a detailed review, check out my review of the Edgewood location in Atlanta. You will not be disappointed. If you're not for a burger, give the hot dogs a taste - I hear they're outstanding as well.
